Dechuang Europe was established in 2016 as a subsidiary of Dejian Holding and it is the company responsible for expanding the Dejian Holding Group’s operations in the European market.

The company is headquartered in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, and its entire activity is carried out under the motto: “we build with a sense of responsibility and we succeed through perseverance”.

Dechuang Europe is committed to its full potential for the creation of diversified and high quality products and services, embodied in residential, cultural, commercial and tourist real estate projects, in order to improve the quality of life for all its European customers.

Under the coordination of the prestigious Dejian Holding, Dechuang Europe actively participates in the implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative and aims to create a new world.

The company currently carries out investment activities in three European countries and its main European subsidiaries are: Tangcheng International Investment Management, Binji Tourism Real Estate Investment Management, Dejian Construction (Romania), Dechuang Shangri-La Manor Investment Management (Spain), Dejian Investment Management (Cyprus).
